“I agree with the other poster - Tony is amazing and very helpful and friendly - never a problem, but a couple of months ago there was a new guy and he tried to tell me that my insurance didn't cover my first rx of the year and I'd have to pay for it. I've been with this carrier for 15 years and NEVER had to pay. He was rude and argumentative and told me he'd let me have it 'this time' - gee, thanks bud, considering I'm not SUPPOSED TO to pay! He was a total jerk. Thankfully, since then, Tony has been the one I've had to deal with and haven't seen that ass since. There is a cute, younger pharmacist as well, who is very nice and extremely helpful. I didn't get his name, though.”

“Now I know what "sense of community" means. These folks know everyone's name, they don't screw up your prescriptions, the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. You walk in the place, they have a lineup, but someone else on staff sees you come in and grabs your prescription and puts it at the cash register all ready for you before you can even say "Hi". Their hours may be shorter than the Rexall down the street, but I transferred my prescriptions over to Gibson's from Rexall 2 years ago after years of Rexall screwing up or losing my prescriptions, and it's a wonderful world of difference.”
