(January 27, 2019, 2:20 pm)Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a great deal on a full set of cross country skis (skis, boots, clips, poles) and a pair of ice skates, all for under $200. This would have easily cost $700 new!
(January 24, 2019, 6:26 pm)We've had consistently good experiences at Sports Swappers. Our family mainly goes here for used hockey equipment and skate sharpening. Each time, we have been treated to fair prices, straight talk and courteous service. Today I brought in my old skates and was pleased to discover that they are likely able to replace the cracked blades. Before buying new sports gear, take a look here, you may get lucky.

(December 28, 2018, 1:54 pm)The initial greeting was 'lacking'. We asked where skates were (we were the only customers in the store), and the guy at the front desk just pointed. Then after a few questions, he walked us over, and was much more attentive. All in all, it was fine. You're not going to get a Sportschek store for cleanliness, mind you.
