As a walking patient, you can wait a long time. Just make an appointment. 1 hour and one person came out of the room.
Office staff is amazing though

I see primarily Dr.Salaman (sp?) But have seen Dr.Zhaid (sp?) Although I do prefer Dr.Salaman (female) both are great.
The office staff are also great and very understanding. I'm terrible with needles and always need blood work, Tanya especially but really all tje staff are so good at making it painless and distracting me.

The staff who are working in the clinic are super kind, and I'm very grateful that they use my chosen name, instead of my birth name, for my file. However, I do get frustrated with their calling time. I have tried calling over 3 separate days, concerned that my appointment a month ago never resulted in me getting called back for a gynecologist appointment, and following the directions of a staff member who said to keep persisting and call. Each time, I reach absolutely no one, am not allowed to leave a voicemail, and sometimes it simply says "this line is not taking calls at the moment". I am thinking of switching to another clinic, as I cannot get in touch with them even to ask about my appointments, or make them. It's unfortunate, as my regular doctor is kind, and general doctors aren't easy to find.

The front staff is amazing, and super helpful. They are also nurses I’m pretty sure because they do all of the blood work (they are amazing at it).
The walk in doctor is fantastic for helping you with common issues that you would need a prescription for. Although he doesn’t have all of the answers he does try very hard.
Over all my experience here is amazing, and there is also a pharmacy attached to the doctors.
