  Great place and awesome owner, they took care of my repair super quick, of course working perfectly but also there was a nice perk with the repair. Definitely I'll return here for all my repairs.

  I have been to Portable Paradise several times with various cell phones and various issues, always with a successful outcome. My latest visit involved the return of a refurbished cellphone I had purchased from PP. After just a few months the phone would no longer hold a charge, an issue that went deeper than just a new battery. I returned to tell the owner, Graz (not truly expecting anything to be done about it) and I was pleasantly surprised when he offered to replace it. He did, all is well and I am most impressed. Portable Paradise is a gem and this is why we must continue to support small business. It's refreshing to meet an owner who truly cares about his reputation in the community by standing behind his services. I encourage anyone with any electronics issue to bypass the big banner stores with their big banner prices and try this little guy.

  Did a great job fixing my Nexus' screen up extremely quickly. The screen is fully responsive, cleanly installed.
  Service was also great, the owner is really friendly and helpful. I even saw him carrying a big monitor out to a woman's car for her on my way in. If that isn't good customer service I'm not sure what is.
