Recently I was made aware of Wade's business from a technician who was changing a cracked windshield for me. I contacted Wade who gave me an attractive quote. We set a date and Wade began to work on my auto-body repairs. A brief time delay occurred when Wade injured his back, but he was soon back on the job, even though the task turned out to be bigger than first expected. (Even then, he didn't change the quoted price.)
Wade also repaired a few additional holes in the floorboards free of charge.
When I picked the car up, everything was done to my satisfaction. He also noticed a rattle in the exhaust system, and before I left, he put the car on the hoist and welded a support bracket back in place, all free of charge.
All in all, I came away a very pleased customer. He demonstrated good ethics and workmanship. He earned my trust. Customer satisfaction was certainly high on his list. I certainly hope I don't need to go back in the future, but if I do, Wade will be first on my list.
