Fun place . Best for big dogs. Leave the toy dogs at home or take them to a toy dog park. Wear foot wear that can handle some mud and water. Forget bringing dog toys or treats . They cause troubles. Wonderful place for nice big dogs . Family friendly sort of place
Best place in Hamilton area to let your dog run free. Some owners have a bad habit of not picking up after their dog but I have not seen any altercations between animals the dozen or so times I’ve been there. Currently it is under construction.
My dog loves this place! She gets so excited when we get close. She meets other very friendly dogs and people. It's an amazing place for her to get rid of some of her energy. It is very accessible and like a little piece of paradise close to many commodities.
This is the best dog park in Hamilton. Tons of space if your dog is a runner. Lots of friendly dogs and people if either of you want to socialize. A very long trail to walk if you don't. My dog loves the creek that runs through. Keeps him cool.
Great park. There's a stream thing that my dog decided to swim in, large area, tall grass, a mowed path and generally friendly people/dogs. Hate the snobby group of women who judged me for the way I choose to handle my dog. She's a year old and we've been trying to train her to respond to basic commands with treats and bigger distractions. Apparently, an off leash hike through the quiet corners of the dog park is not the place. Give me a break. I wanted to tire her out by playing with dogs and then practice obeying me in the quieter corners of the park. She's not that unruly but I wanted to get it down to perfection. Won't be returning. I'd rather go somewhere I know I won't be bothered.
