I experienced AMAZING customer service from Amanda at this location. She helped me rearrange some patio furniture, find the right cover by measuring the set, calculated my total before I got to the cash register, and even cashed me out. She went above and beyond helping me bring and load the chairs into my car and gave me very clear instructions on how to pick up the table at the back of the store. Amanda did all of this with a smile on her face and was genuinely happy to help me find what I was looking for. I will be back for sure!

I am extremely happy with JYSK at the Upper James location. I went in with a problem and they were extremely helpful. I had bought an outdoor patio exactly one year ago and they totally honoured the warranty. They no longer had the item in stock so they provided a solution that I was completely satisfied with. Definitely would shop there again. Excellent service!!!
