Residence & Conference Centre - Hamilton

Stayed 8 days for the RBC Canadian Open. Very friendly staff, accommodations were great, good location lots of shopping nearby. Only recommendation I would make is move the parking ticket machine inside. When trying to use it late afternoon on a sunny day it is virtually impossible to read instructions because of the sun glare. Thanks.

I got what I expected for the most part. The time of year made this a rather quiet time at the residence, that's a good thing!
There was more than ample space for one person and the desks positioned below the large windows took away from the dreary surroundings of the kitchen area.
I found the bed pretty comfortable, the shower quite good and the staff ready to accommodate.
I agree with previous comments - signage is difficult to lead you to the correct place.
I'd stay again.

Handy location to Hamilton airport. Water had to run for a long time in shower before it became hot enough. Signage from Fennel Ave hard to associate with the residence; you have to drive in quite a way before you realize which building it is. Comfortable.

I was happy overall. I don't go to a residence and expect the luxuries of a hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. As a single in the whole suite it was very spacious. Enough that I would have been happy if I was sharing the accommodation as well. My only complaint would be the bed and pillows themselves, which allowed me very little sleep. If there is an area to work on it would be that. Otherwise it was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was very conveniently located to the college campus where I was attending for a conference.
