Excellent! Our delivery was earlier than expected, they informed us the day before, the 2 bags were place exactly where we requested, and they took a picture after the delivery and sent us an e-mail as proof. We have had the dirt before and know what good quality it is but the mulch was a first and we were very impressed with the quality of the mulch. An excellent experience.

Experience was great right from the online booking and live chat to the very quick and early delivery!! Only issue was, as I was watching my security camera live during the delivery process the tow motor delivery person choose to just toss his partially smoked cigarette onto my front lawn after making the delivery. I am a non-smoker so that was kinda disgusting but all went well with ordering and delivery!

We had a great experience with Big Yellow Bag! Our delivery came much earlier than originally stated. The driver dropped off the bag exactly where I had indicated on my driveway. The soil is very high quality and no clumps to be found!

This is the second year we have ordered from Big Yellow Bag. It’s a great service. Easy to order things online and then they follow up with a reminder the day before the delivery is going to come. And it gets placed exactly where I want it to. Other soil can be delivered for a little less money but as a family we can use the bag when we want to. There’s no reason to worry if the forecast calls for rain. Our bag remains dry and intact. And when I had a question they replied quickly. Great service.
