(February 3, 2019, 12:48 pm)I was having panic attacks and my doctor suggested counselling. I went to Bayridge Counselling Centre and after a matter of few sessions, I was able to manage my panic attacks. However, depression took a little bit longer time. I felt that the counsellor understood me and used simple tools to help me.
