Four Points by Sheraton Hamilton - Stoney Creek

Very nice hotel. Very clean and extremely quiet. There was no outside noise at all. Also, I didn't hear one door slam in the two days I was there. Very nice staff and easy check in. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Friends of mine are staying at the hotel, first impressions was staff very friendly, we were sitting chatting and Nathan at front desk came and asked us twice was everything okay if anything we need, he suggested if we wanted a picture so he took a pic of us which was really nice. Also the restaurant was not open so the woman that worked in there she made sure there was a fresh pot of coffee so we could at least sit and chat and enjoy a coffee. I used to guest washrooms and they are up to date and spotless. I am surprised the rating for this hotel is not higher. If your planning on staying here you won't be disappointed.

Hotel was modern and very clean.

Staff was incredibly friendly and quick, they were training people from their restaurant as front desk staff and they were fantastic. Location of the hotel was great with walmart, restaurants near by as well as right off the highway.

The rooms are updated, TVs are great quality with good features. Nice bathrooms and amenities.

Loved our stay at this Hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We were supposed to have a King bed but the hotel was overbooked so we got a Queen with breakfast during our stay- free. There is an indoor pool, exercise room,outdoor patio,and a bar/restaurant. The hotel is very clean.
Housekeeping was also very good and accommodating to our requests.
Breakfast is a la carte which we loved and the food was very good. It's a limited menu to order from but has good choices and good food.
The hotel is in a good location for highway,shops,restaurants and movie theater.
Will certainly recommend this place.????
