Very clean and a huge facility. Very impressed with the attention to detail by the owners [diaper genie in the bathrooms :) ]. This past August, my husband and I brought our kids, their grandparents and cousins here to try it out and we all had an amazing time. It was the first time that we came to Jungle Hut and we were greeted with a warm welcome by the owners. It is a family run facility which we loved to see and their emphasis on safety was what we liked the most, along with the cleanliness and pizza! The pizza was absolutely fantastic. We also ordered french fries and chicken strips which were all tasty too and much better than other play facilities. The price is also comparable to other play facilities, however they have a trampoline too which is a nice change from only using the play structure for the older kids. Very toddler friendly environment and great for various age groups.
My little guy loved it. I love that there's a separate area for the very little ones, also with their own ball pit. He thoroughly enjoyed himself
Welcome to the Jungle. They have fun and games, but I can also imagine a few lawsuits. The place needs a power wash; you can go hunting for used band aids in the ball pit.
Space is not designed very well, feels cramped, and in an indoor jungle gym, that's saying something.
There's an accomodating row of comfy couches for parents that doesn't really afford a view of the whole structure, so be prepared to send either your significant other or a random competent looking parent to search for your kid while you wait with the bags. Or the other way around. It's usually the other way around. Play structure not so friendly for parent mobility.
Toddler corner was a few square feet in a cordoned off corner of the space; again, visibility of 1+ children is tricky. There is a trampoline section but you have to pay extra, and safety seems dubious.
What a great facility for kids. The food was excellent, the owners and staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Lots of parking available. Pricing was excellent. The kids, 10, 8, and twins 16 month old, had a great time. We highly recommend this facility to all families. We are from Niagara Falls, and found the commute to be quick.
Amazing staff & owner. Very clean ..great snack bar. My kids love it here. I normally hate play place...only one I will come to.i love it so much I am throwing a party for my daughter to celebrate her. Go there you will not regret it
