What can I say about Adele at Renegade Xtreme Fitness? She is a very motivating and her energy is High spirited. Adele maintains an attitude that is always positive . Definately does not intimidate . Works at your pace, doesn't push. She is understanding, and willing to assist. Hiring Adele to assist me with strengthening areas of my body that caused me pain was the best decision! I'm now able to work out pain free! Her focus on injuries and rehab is outstanding!
I started 1:1 training with Adele earlier this year. Adele was professional in her approach by following up with me regarding fitness questions and reviewing my progress. She also offers online virtual classes as well. So there are options to maximizing your fitness goals. I would recommend anyone to Adele.
Adele is INCREDIBLE. I went in for a fitness assessment and an active stretch session. What did I learn: 1 - numbers are numbers and use them as a guide to get healthier it’s about how you feel (nothing new here) 2 - Adele knows her stuff 3- active stretching is better for you than passive stretching which in my case means not stretching - it’s not easy but feels so awesome. Thanks Adele - looking forward to getting to the point of touching my toes without bending my knees and throwing out my back - one of my 2020 goals (ha).
