Kind polite very great with customers I will be back

I've been coming to the Tim Hortons my whole life. I've seen the good and the bad at this location because it's close to me. Only about 5 times in my whole life was something I ordered made incorrectly but I never made a fuss because I understand how busy it can get and having one less customer complain makes the employees still have a good day.

My drinks have never been wrong, only my sandwiches. But again, mistakes happen. Take it or leave it.

It's a Tim Horton's. This location has no drive-through, so the line can be out the door in the mornings and at lunch time. The drink/pastry staff is generally pretty quick at fulfilling orders, however the sandwich end tends to lag a fair bit. Used to have trouble with keep adequate stock of prepared foodstuff (potato wedges, etc), but this has been getting progressively better.
With perhaps one or two exceptions, the staff are fantastic and give this particular Tim Horton's a more 'local greasy-spoon' feel.
