The Waterfront Banquet & Conference Centre

What an amazing venue. My good friend and his wife got married in November. I had the privledge of being a part of their special day. The staff were fantastic at providing hospitality and planning services. The food was also very tasty and done to perfection. Would recommend - yes.

To say the waterfront was perfect, isn't enough. From just inquiring about the venue to our actual wedding day was an amazing experience.
Mike was a phenomenal person to work with. He is understanding, respectful, calm and reasonable. He knew exactly how to handle us and our extended family! He never tried to push anything on us to get an extra dollar, which is more than what some venues can say. We appreciate everything he did for us and the added bonuses!

Krystal was our wedding planner at the beginning. She knew exactly what I wanted and presented to me before the day. She exceeded my vision! Unfortunately she had to relocate and isn't there anymore but we were amazed with Edu, her replacement. Although Krystal helped me pick all my decor, Edu brought it to life. She made sure the venue was perfect and just how we wanted it. It was beautiful.
All the staff at the waterfront were great to work with and made our jobs less stressful! Thank you!!

Now, for the food, we chose the waterfront for the variety of food they offered and trust us, it was not a disappointment. The dinner was all anyone spoke about, until the late night! Everything was so delicious, cooked perfectly and large amounts!!

Honestly you cannot go wrong with choosing the waterfront. I would recommend them over and over! Even if the staff isn't dealing with your file, they still help. Alex, who usually does corporate events, always answered questions I had if no one else was there. The service is just indescribable.
Our day was perfect and we have the waterfront to thank for a lot of that!!

My friend held her wedding reception here recently. The venue easily fit 17 tables, plus room for the head tables and a small dance floor and had a decent amount of room to move around. The servers were fantastic and attentive without being overbearing. It was so nice watching the sun set while we were having dinner. The food wasn’t done too well in my opinion. The soup was good, but the risotto was hard and I’m one of those people that like their meat more on the well done end of the spectrum.

Just today had my daughters baby shower at this venue. As she had her engagement party as well as her wedding there we were confident that we can't go wrong with going again. Mike and his team made it all go smooth, without a hitch and completely stress free. Food was delicious, service perfect, venue nicely decorated. Special thanks to Tom who once again made sure everyone was served to the highest standard. Alex was wonderful to work with and made sure everything was done just how my daughter wanted it. Thank you.

My partner and I were married here and we were absolutely amazed with every aspect of The Waterfront. After hunting around for various venues, The Waterfront (Mike and Krystal specifically) were the only vendors who listened to what we wanted, offered flexibility to the special requests we had, and made our wedding exceed anything we ever expected or imagined.

Our guests were raving about the food and the food was absolutely outstanding. All the meals were cooked perfectly, the food was warm, plentiful and so delicious. I've never been to an event that had 100+ people that offers food like they do. Food was important to us (we love all food) and they exceeded our expectations.

Their customer service is truly exceptional - emails are replied to promptly, they're polite and cordial (not all venues are!), and we loved every staff member we worked with. They truly make you feel like they're just as invested in your event as you are.

Our wedding would have been great anywhere, but The Waterfront made our wedding truly remarkable in many ways. Weeks later our guests are still talking to us about the food!

Truly an amazing venue with exceptional staff who made our event totally unforgettable.
