I hired Black Jack to complete a legal 2nd suite for me in Welland and the quality of work, communication and overall experience was second to none. Jon, Bill and the staff and trades were very pleasant to deal with. I would stop in weekly to check on progress and Jon also called me regularly with updates. Both units have now been rented out for top dollar. They turned an outdated 60 year-old home into 2 brand-new legal units. I would recommend this company to any fellow investor or home owner.
