I had a hot water leak in my bathtub. Earlier in the week a different plumbing company came and tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge in plumbing. The plumber told me that he would have to take the whole unit apart, open up my tiles and then reinstall everything the Shower head, cartridge, tub spout, inside and outside. I was shocked because I already had those items replaced. He also told me it would take two weeks for him to get the part in. The price was outrageous! Something didn’t seem right about that plumber’s recommendation.

I called Ryan’s plumbing after a good friend recommended them to me. They got back to me within one hour of my call and asked me to text a photo of the unit which was leaking. He knew right away the brand of the unit and what the problem was. It was the simple cartridge unit. A member of Ryan’s team arrived within less than 20 minutes and changed the part. They were professional, offered quality service and the price was beyond reasonable.

All I can say is “wow”! Thank you for helping me, being honest and doing an outstanding job!! My plumbing team for life from now on. :)

Very impressed with Ryan Plumbing. We had an emergency and they were on site promptly when other companies (even the big guys like Roto Rooter) took hours just to get back to us.
