ESM Hamilton (Upper James)

The last visit we had here was filled with issues, but we decided to give it another shot. Out server, Emily G., was fenominal. She made our experience very enjoyable. She made sure our kids were taken care of by being extremely efficient and very personable. I didnt get his name, but the front manager came to our table a few times to check up on everything and make sure we were happy and taken care of. It was a complete 180 from the last experience we had here. We will definitely visit again soon!

I love the new decor. Service and food were both amazing. It's also very accessible.

Went for dinner with another couple. We were served by Amy. Very helpful and she made good suggestions. We we told her we were celebrating two birthdays she gave us to deserts with four spoons free. The food was hot and good. Thanks ESM's, we will definitely go back.

Great place to eat. Value is good and service is fast. Only issue is on weekends the wait times told are not realistic and are not accurate. Make reservations on those busy days to save yourself the hassle of waiting 30min to an hour to get a table.

Good special menu. Comfortable booth seating. Usually go once a month, and since the reopen, it's been really good. And our server AMY was amazing, attentive. sweet and helpful. So good all around
