I can’t say enough about how amazing Jess was during mine and my husbands house endeavours. Not only was she incredibly patient but she was literally ALWAYS availabile ! So available that she even interrupted her Saturday night to take us through the house we now call home! She made everything so easy for us! We were first time home buyers so we had no idea what we were doing. Jess helped us every step of the way, from house hunting to finding someone to do our house inspection and even someone to be our lawyer ! I highly recommend working with Jess. She’s very down to earth, easy going and easy to get along with... and VERY patient.
We were clueless when it came to selling our first home and we dragged her through our process for way longer than any realtor should have ever been involved (well over a year before we were ready to sell)... she never once made me feel like I was an annoyance, although I might have been lol.
When it came to buying our second home, again, she was very patient. We saw so many houses, made so many offers and kept missing out... all the while she kept a very positive and hopeful attitude for us.
One thing I really liked about Jess is that when I asked her to look into what she expected our first house could sell for, she did the research and was willing to let us try to list for 20k higher just to see what would happen. We ended up selling 15k higher than we ever expected our house to sell for and again the same thing when we bought.. she researched the potential value of the home were in now and let us go in with an offer of 20k less than asking the day after it came on the market.. and they took our offer! Not all realtors would be willing to do either of those things but because Jess did, she saved us 35k by working with her.

She was professional, friendly, efficient, prompt to reply and had so much knowledgable about the market, neighbourhoods and ALL the home buying questions I had. I'll try to keep this short. In May of 2018 my wife and I opened the door to the possibility of moving to/buying a home in Hamilton having previously shut the door on heading to the east coast. We weren't really certain about much but our good friend and subsequently great mortgage broker convinced us to look into what we'd be pre-approved for. Fast forward to July and after the required paperwork, we got our pre-approval info. This was a Wednesday afternoon mid-month and he suggested that the next day, if we had time, we should meet with a great agent he knew, which turned out to be all-around Superwoman Jess Fabrizio.

I took the day off and we met on a swelteringly hot Thursday afternoon and for a lady that was then about 7 months pregnant, she had far more energy and drive than either my wife or I in that moment! She suggested that since we had already driven out there, we might as well look at a couple places. We looked at 6 homes in two hours (she was incredibly good at reading our reactions along the way). Home 5, we fell in love with immediately. She read this pretty clearly and knowing there were a couple offers coming down the pipe, she suggested we go in that day if we were interested.

We submitted our offer at around 4:30pm that afternoon and by 7pm she called us to confirm that the seller had accepted. Our first (and dream) home, with our first agent, on the first day of our search. If that doesn't speak volumes as to just how damned good she is, I don't know what will.
