Subaru of Hamilton

Very pleasant experience. Ash showed us the used car inventory and was very patient without being condescending. We were able to take a test-drive without him which I find much less stressful. We ended up not buying from them but the entire process was easy and pleasant.

I was in my previous Subaru for 5 years (purchased from Sub of Hamilton) and just purchased a new one! Subaru of Hamilton is absolutely fantastic.. I cannot express in a review how great of an experience I continue to always have with them. They do everything they can to do their best and to go that extra mile for you! Alex, Laura and Emily, THANK YOU to all of you for all that you have done and continue to do! This crew makes me want to be a part of Subaru of Hamilton for life! :)

This is my first visit to this dealership. I was researching a specific Subaru model. It's was a bit subdued inside. It felt crowded with the vehicles and desks stuffed into the front. I was quickly attended to by a salesman who was a bit flat but helpful. I had my questions answered competently and tried sitting in a couple of cars. I requested and was given a brochure on the model I was interested in. Overall an okay experience but it lacked enthusiasm for their brand. Interestingly it's right beside a Honda dealership which really does express enthusiasm for their brand - Honda! Walking into the Honda dealership there was a sort of excitement, a hum of activity. It also seemed fresh and clean inside. Things weren't crowded. I felt there's a strong community with Honda as opposed to whatever was going on at Subaru, which isn't much of anything.
