“We were not able to find what we wanted in another Brick location so we called The Brick at Upper James in Hamilton. I spoke with Patrick, one of the salesmen. He was exceptional on the phone. He was able to locate what we wanted. We found him to be very helpful and courteous. He had excellent phone manners and was so polite! We ended up going to the store a few days later. We met Patrick and were so impressed by his willingness to go over and above what was necessary to help us see the chairs we were looking for. Although we ended up buying a different color from him, we were so appreciative for the patience and kindness he showed us.
