John and his team provided excellent customer service and were very honest about etching our mirror. Since the age of the mirror was unknown, we were warned there was a chance that it might contain lead which could result in the mirror cracking during the laser process. It was a 50/50 chance and we are thrilled that we did take the chance - it turned out PERFECT!!

I had some whisky tumblers custom engraved a while back and it came out perfectly. Recently I had the same graphic engraved on my muzzle device. They said they would call me when it was done but they never did so I had to call them to confirm. When I got it a part of the graphic was missing (the tail and foot of the cat). I asked them if they could touch it up and the lady said that it was out of focus and there's nothing she could do. I paid over $50 bucks for a job that was not done properly. So your mileage may vary.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to do the exact engraving I required. Will definately be going back for any future engravings.
