Fantastic food. And so much of it. The fried shrimp and calamari are all I need in this life. Service was decent. We were a large party so it can get a little overwhelming, but they were pretty on top of it, if not a little slow at times. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired.
We stopped in for an early dinner. The place was empty but we were spoken to immediately and seated. We had a terrific server (sorry, forgot her name) but she was friendly, helpful and pleasant. The appetizer and wine came out fast and delicious. We had the meatballs and Chianti, both were great. My wife had pizza which she loved and I had spicy seafood linguine. Excellent meal. Highly recommended.
My daughter's baby shower luncheon was held at this restaurant yesterday. We can't say enough great things about the food, the service and cooperation in planning the event. Michael Fortino was so accommodating and followed up on the the plans promptly. Debbie helped with the planning and made the event run so smoothly. Her energy and efficiency were outstanding. And Kyle was a great assistant working quietly and quickly to provide service to the guests. The food was of the same delicious quality that the restaurant is known for from charcuterie boards, to pasta, meat and salad. The guests all said such wonderful things about it !!! Thank you to all the other staff behind the scenes. It was a memorable event.
This place is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is a very relaxing setting. The servers are extremely nice and make sure your needs are met.
The food was absolutely wonderful. None of us complained because all of our dishes were made to perfection. This place is indeed one of the only authentic Italian restaurants in the city.
Will be returning time and time again!
I give this place 3 stars for price point but overall it's a fairly nice restaurant. The pizza I ordered was all meet so it was quite salty. The fettuccine Alfredo has think enough sauce but the gnocchi was delicious. You'll love it if you love blue cheese. The meal starts with fresh sliced bread and butter but I do recommend the garlic bread... Just wish the slices were thicker
