I rarely give 5 star reviews, especially to a financial institution.

We've been with TD for almost 10 years and we've had, maybe 1 or 2 promotional calls the whole time. Every time I go there the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and have good advice. The one time where someone made a mistake with how much cash they gave me vs the amount that they withdrew from my account and the branch manager (I forget her name) was VERY helpful that one time in correcting the problem. Everyone makes innocent mistakes sometimes and these people are great at correcting theirs. The only problem if any of you staff read this is that you've got a very high standard to maintain now with this review, lol!!
