We appreciated the call the day before to confirm the appointment and the calls to give us a heads up for arrival. Justin gave us great pointers on our new machine and had it installed very quickly despite all my questions.

(January 28, 2019, 3:15 pm)We were referred to another appliance repair company before calling RTC. They other place told us it was a compressor and that the fridge was garbage. TOM went out of his way and helped us over the phone and saved us from getting a new fridge. Thank you so much , I wish I could rate you guys more then a 5 ... much deserved.
(January 21, 2019, 5:42 pm)These guys are great from the booking of the appointment to the completion of the work. I had a 27 year old refrigerator that I did not want to replace. The appointment was easily booked. Justin and Rob showed up at assigned time and determined that a special part was needed. They sourced the part and booked a follow up appointment. They came back and completed the work within a couple of business. They are courteous and professional. I am a senior and I don't find that many businesses today that provide exceptional customer service that was once commonplace. RTC exceeded my expectations at a fair price.
(January 17, 2019, 7:38 pm)I recently moved into a new build home in Ancaster, Ontario. RTC appliances and Justin (technician) helped with the installation of my appliances. I am very satisfied with the thorough work and professionalism that they provided. Justin provided us with a clean installation. Would recommend and/or hire RTC appliances again.
(November 26, 2018, 7:16 pm)The team at RTC have helped us with several appliance issues, and each time surpassed all expectations for knowledge, quality and customer service. We have had an oven and fridge repaired, as well as having a dishwasher installed. The team was friendly and prompt- calling before the service in the morning and en route. They took the time to explain options and to address our concerns and questions. They had parts and components readily available, and for a very obscure part, were able to source it quickly.
Wonderful people, great price and excellent service!
