Pavilion Residences

I moved in a couple months ago. The management team did a great job renovating the apartment, great quality finishes, fixtures, and appliances. The building is very secure, clean, and well maintained. This apartment was by far the best value I could find in Hamilton (and I spent about 4 months looking). Kiya and Adam are very responsive and easy to get a hold of. I definitely appreciate their honesty and integrity.

I enjoy living the building. The management keeps the building clean and safe. There are new superintendent's and management in the last few months that care about the well being of the building.
They are going around fixing and taking care of all repairs making sure we are happy with our home and were we live.
Great place to live.

I’ve lived here for 3 years now. My apartment is recently updated, comfortable and a good value. The recent change in superintendent has made a world of difference. I feel they genuinely care about my well being and respond to every concern I have about repairs or safety. The building is kept clean as well.

I love living here. The location is great and the property management looks after everything. Would rate it higher than 5 starts if I could!
