  Always really friendly and honest. They also clean and wash your car for free after a service which is always refreshing.

  All the staff were very professional and friendly. Very accommodating and got me in right away. Very knowledgeable and did a great job on my car! Would definitely return

  There’s only one place to go to in Hamilton for any sort of automotive repairs and it’s Eric’s Auto. Eric himself walked me through everything that was going on with my vehicle and will not pressure you into making decisions you do not want to make. Korey their usual front desk guy was super flexible with helping me out and making sure all my needs were met. The service was done super quick and super clean, on top of a car wash and interior cleaning. Prices are also very competitive and will never leave you doubting your decision take your vehicle to Eric and his crew!

  I would give 10 stars if I could! The service was excellent. They were courteous and respectful. All the work was done as stated, on time , and the best part was that my car came back washed and cleaned. Perfectly! It was so great to pick up my car, fully serviced and looking like new. Thank you , I will be back .

  I've been taking my vehicles here for well over a year, and they do a fabulous job. The car always comes back cleaner then when I dropped it off, they are timely, and they are great at fitting you in if you have a tight schedule. Their office is very well maintained, they have free coffee/tea/refreshments if you choose to wait, and if you don't want to wait, their shuttle driver will get you home and back safely and quickly. My favourite part about taking my car to Eric's is the fact that Eric himself calls after every appointment to see if your service was satisfactory. Great place to get your car maintained.
