We had an issue with our basement drain backing up and causing water to overflow into out basement. We made a call and within about a half hour Kevin was here to solve the problem. Kevin was able to troubleshoot, rectify and be on his way within about an hour. It turned out to be a blockage between our house p-trap and our basement toilet. We are amazed at how fast and efficient Mountain Plumping came to the rescue. Thanks Kevin we were able to make our afternoon Hockey Game after all.

Really was impressed with their level of expertise and professionalism. We had new piping along with a back-flow valve installed because of a blockage and we added a drain in our concrete floor basement. We needed to connect to the City line and they took care of everything with respect to the permits etc. Highly recommend them.

Pat from Mountain Plumbing came to our house after a dispatch call from my insurance company and he was wonderful! Very respectful (took off his shoes immediately upon arriving - many won’t even bother asking - and wore them only once he started working), introduced himself professionally, and started probing to investigate. He knew where to check right away and involved me directly in troubleshooting. I had plumbers who came in the past who wouldn’t even talk to me and would make me awkwardly stand there after asking a few questions, so I’d just leave to not bother them. But what Pat did was walk me through the whole process and even educated me to how our house plumbing works and where to check first when I sense a problem. He had to do extra work to clear the clog and worked hard to resolved the issue. Cleaned up the area right after and even left his business card letting me know if the problem occurs again within 30 days to contact them. He provided above and beyond service! What a true professional.

We have tree roots growing at various locations in our sewer line.
Pat, from Mountain Plumbing came to the rescue (on a Sunday) and worked diligently until all the roots were cut and cleared from the sewer pipe. He used a video camera to verify all the root clogs were removed and the sewer line was clear. Thanks for a great job Pat.

Couldn't ask for more better service.. I had a leak in my living room and kitchen from upstairs washroom. Technician came and checked out and she found exactly where the leak was from.. I can never ask for better service.. Thank you Megan for saving my life.
