Working with Marvin (bedbugs) and Dave (everything else) has been nothing but a breeze. Had another company come in for an RFP and they didn't know why they were there as Abell was (and still is) doing a great job. I'd give them 5-stars but I like to keep that little bit to strive for.

Having had experiences with a few of the pest control companies in Hamilton, my experience with Abell (specifically, Sarah) has been remarkable. The price offered by Abell is competitive with the market (not the lowest/not the highest), but what separates them from the others is the level of service and thoroughness. Sarah was very diligent in inspecting the property for rats, and provided an in depth report that outlined all problematic spots w/ detailed photographs and descriptions that went a long way in helping address the issue. She's very organized and arranged appointments with my tenants direct. There were numerous follow ups to ensure the problem has been properly remedied. I haven't had anywhere close to this level of service from other companies. My one bit of constructive advice would be for the back end operations. I had to chase the office down to make payment.
