Had a flat tire went to Costco to get new tires they told me it would be a week to get them I called green and Ross and they didn't have the tires instock but would have them there in 30 minutes best deal on tires and I was very impressed with the customer service they are #1 they went above and beyond for me

Always great service here. Honest and knowledgeable about repairs needed. No worry about being ripped off. We bring both our vehicles here ( 2017 Caravan and 2012 Avenger)

I used Active Green & Ross twice & the service is absolutely incredible.
They take their customers concerns very seriously & don’t make them wait with appointments during emergencies (which was my case).
My first service was taken care of by Frank who everybody loves & respects. He’s kind & understanding. I had an issue with my muffler and he said by the time he ordered parts, had them shipped & the labour costs it would be very expensive. Instead of taking on the job, he directed me to his good friend Brian at a auto shop that specializes in mufflers & I was able to get my car fixed at a fraction of the original price. I call that honesty & impeccable customer service. I’m very grateful.

With my most recent car service, I dealt with Ian. Took me in right away. I had to get one of the wheel bearings replaced. I had a very knowledgeable mechanic work on my car. The service was quick & very efficient.

These guys are my go to. Very personable & welcoming.
