The staff are super knowledgeable about their high quality product line and the customer service simply does not compare to big box baby stores. They have an on-staff car seat technician who is able to make recommendations and assist with installation which I find very helpful. I have purchased baby furniture & car seats for multiple children at Baby World and will continue to do so!
(October 19, 2017, 10:08 pm)Baby world has everything you need and the staff is always super helpful, especially when your clueless on what to purchase! I go here for every baby shower gift (and I have been to MANY) and every mother that receives the gift rave about the products! The prices reflect the well made Canadian products and they even sell products from local mothers! How great is that!? When I have kids I will definitely be purchasing all of my items from Baby World. The staff and owners are awesome, down to earth and honest. I don't need/want someone selling me on something that I won't ever use like most stores do. Thank you for all of your help each and every time!!! I highly recommend this store, just be patient and have a look around!

My wife and I purchased a crib, stroller, car seat, and swing chair from this store and recieved the greatest accommodations. I would strongly recommend any future parent or current parents to consider this store because their staff will work hard to assist you with every need. Great staff, manager, and owner. Always great to support a local business and will continue to shop there!
