(December 29, 2018, 5:51 am)My dog got into a packet of washing machine powder, ate some of it. I didn't know until i got home from work. My ex boyfriend was supposed to be watching her (ex for good reason!) Beautiful boxer pup almost died. Beattie staff said i would have to call an info number in the states with my credit card as the company charges for info. Thought that was excessive. It got me connected, then they spoke to the vet beside me. He scooped her into a room and she was filled with electrolytes for dehydration and sodium poisoning. The bill was less that $200 and they saved her life. Worth while visit, not too expensive, highly recommend Beattie if you don't want to get hosed with expensive vet bill somewhere else. And amazing they are 24 hours---care when you need it in the middle of the night
