Organization could be better!

In the past I had great success dealing with Ben in parts and service.  He was exceptionally fast at getting answers and quotes out to me.  Now that he has moved on to sales he has provided the same exceptional service.  In parts now I have been dealing with Jason who gets back to me in only a few minutes.  Today I sent him a massive list of parts and he had prices back to me right away.  I didn't even have part numbers for everything.  I am looking forward to many years of exceptional service and friendly staff.  You can tell the company is professionally organized and well run.

A special shout to Ben in sales. I'm not bobcat's biggest customer by any stretch but he's never treated me with anything less than respect. I truly appreciate the time he takes quoting prices and showing equipment for sale.
When Bobcat shows attention to details for the little guys it speaks volumes about how they conduct business. An enthusiastic five-star review for sure. I will continue to bring my business to them and wear my Bobcat hat with pride.
