Breakaway Auto Glass

Fast friendly service. I think the owner/installer did a good quality job installing the glass. However, the glass quality itself is nowhere near OEM VW quality. There are ripples in the glass which cause visual distortion especially on the edges (when looking left and right through the windshield. This is something you get used to quickly but nonetheless a little annoying.

I decided just to live with it, so can’t say what their response would have been if I complained.

I got a crack in my 2019 Mazda 3 windshield, they fixed no problem and did a great job. Staff are so friendly and kind. They do an amazing job. Always go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. I will recommend to friends.

Excellent service and quality

Can't recommend this company enough!!! After one of our early Feb 2019 ice storms my windshield was smashed by blowing ice. I called first thing in the morning and they had me in that same morning. They did a fantastic job, quick clean and wonderful staff. Melissa on the phone and in person is an absolute delight! Then another emergency happened (our luck-sigh) and they returned my call at their earliest possible chance and the repair was made again with excellent service and wonderful techs. Quality care and excellent pricing far beyond other quotes from other companies. They were also highly recommended to me by my car's dealership, so another great reason to go to Breakaway Auto Glass!!! Thanks to each of you!!!

Really impressed with the service. Quick responses and repair time. Window works great and they even went above and beyond by cleaning up the smashed glass and supplying some air fresheners :).
