My first visit was to pick up something simple and cost effective to put up as a backsplash for a home I was putting up for sale. They were so helpful and even gave me all the coaching I needed to try and do the tiling myself. It turned out great! There was no pressure to buy something more expensive or push to up sell.
Now they have helped me in several new projects and I have sent in several of my friends and family find the perfect choice for their tiling needs. They have some of the coolest new tile collections from Spain and Italy and I was able to create the coolest 11 foot feature wall thanks to Leyla and Ali’s guidance and awesome selections!
Coming into their showroom is like visiting friends who are interested in what you are doing and want to make sure you are choosing the right product and materials for the job.
Thanks guys for all your patience and guidance! You made the world of difference. I can’t wait to start my bathroom Reno to be able to come see you !
(May 26, 2018, 5:46 pm)Excellent customer service, miles apart from the tile store down the road where you are made to feel like asking a question is a bother. This husband-wife team asked us about our overall kitchen design, then pulled out a number of tiles to help us choose. Made some great suggestions, and even helped us pick out grout. They have some interesting tiles too that I haven't seen at other stores.
