Researched every heater on the market and no other was even close. 3 years later... All 4 of my heaters look and run like new... Amazing!!!!
(July 4, 2018, 4:18 pm)When I purchased a patio heater from IR Energy I was concerned that since I reside in the US that it would be difficult to purchase replacement parts. Not to worry, I simply made a phone call, explained the problem and within a very short period of time the replacement parts were delivered to my home in Washington, DC. Job well done!
