I attended a mindful workshop on Friday at the Energy Lab. I wasn't sure what to expect but came away from it with a lot of food for thought. Maegan's passion was inspiring. She made a lot of sense and provided lots of practical ways to make positive change. It wasn't overwhelming either which I appreciated. She's definitely piqued my interest and I'll be doing my own work to build on what she shared. Thank you Maegan!

Maegan’s workshop on mindfulness and nutrition was informative and allowed me to connect the dots between my thoughts and my actions. She is incredibly passionate about Rapid Transformational Therapy and provides concrete examples to make a positive shift and become the best version of yourself.

I enjoyed Maegan's presentation about nutrition and positive thinking. It would be advantageous who wants to change their thinking and therefore their lives.

Maegan is an amazing Rapid Transformational Therapist. She helped me in one session quickly and comfortably go to the root of my issue and see exactly where it came from and where it started. She put me at ease and did an amazing job at navigating the questions during our session to help me develop such a great understanding of where my issue came from. After listening to the recording she made me for several weeks, I'm happy to say the issue is completely gone! There's so much power in knowing when, where, and how you created the issues you have in life as an adult and being free from them is so liberating because it'd been holding me back in life and relationships for so long. My life has dramatically improved in all areas as a result of our session!

RTT literally rewires your brain. Maegan introduces a new way of thinking to the brain, then she re-introduces this thought repeatedly by listening to a customized recording each night for 21 days, by doing this your neurons are creating new pathways, re-setting their default settings when it comes to reacting to certain stimuli. This is what makes RTT so powerful..and I loved every bit of the session. Highly recommend!!
