(March 25, 2019, 9:42 am)It's not often that a restaurant is worth the wait. Visited on a Saturday night at 5pm and the dinning room was full and we're looking at a 45min wait (will make reservations next time). We live nearby and have driven past many times in the past 8 years and have noticed that it is always a busy place plus being social media savvy have seen all the positive reviews. We had waited this long we're going to stick out the wait. Lucky for us a reservation cancelled so we got seated within about 15 mins. Love the Southern American drive in/diner atmosphere. We were quickly given drinks and our food orders taken and then the wait for the food. This part of the process takes some time it seemed like forever but when the food came all was forgiven. We ordered the pulled pork and brisket entrees and it was quite simply the best BBQ I have ever eaten. The sides were fries and chopped salad with freshly made dressings and Mac Cheese. Every thing was fresh and fresh takes time. The service was friendly and the food was excellent and filling. The whole experience took about and hour and a half and there was a two hour wait for a table when we left. Oh we'll be back..... I just make reservations...

Seriously good food if you're into this style. Decent prices for meals maybe except lunch for solo business folks... Can't get out of there without spending about 20$ with tip (albeit with a ton of food) as opposed to sushi for example which another day cost 8$ with tip (albeit much much smaller amount)

(March 13, 2019, 8:20 pm)I've been to Memphis Fire BBQ a couple times so far and every time, the service is friendly and the food has been out of the world.
Most recently I shared the Memphis tour with my friend and it's probably better for 3 people.
They do have a pretty strick drinks policy. You must order food with any alcoholic beverages and 2 drinks max. It is a family restaurant, not a bar, so go in with appropriate expectations.
Definitely make a pit stop on your way to Niagara or if you are in the area. Reservations are highly encouraged.

I've had the good fortune to eat my share of southern pit barbecue, but finding a restaurant that emulates that in Canada can be difficult, but these guys do a great job. Service was good despite being busy, food was priced right - $60 fed two people and covered drinks.
(January 30, 2019, 1:24 am)This is one amazing place. This was my son favorite place. He passed away July 1st 2018. So all his friends and his brother and me his mom go there every year on his birthday January 15th and every July 1st. The staff remember us every year and welcome us with open arms. Thanks so much for your great food and your extra great staff. Karen
