I just need to make a correction to my review. I made a mistake on the name of the second staff member, I thought it was Andrew, but his name is Alex. Sorry!

Fiesta Mall location: I highly recommend this store . My phone fell when I was cutting the grass on a lawn tractor, without my notice, it had been driven over, & screen was completely destroyed! My friend took me to Mobile Klinik. Chris, store staff, was excellent. He was thorough in his examination and very friendly and personable. We discussed possible options & I decided to look at their selection of similar phones. He brought some out from back room & gave me advice. I purchased a new phone and he kept mine to try to salvage some content for me. It was Friday. He promised to call Monday. I received the call to go in on Monday, and this time was served by Andrew. He had a temporary screen sitting on the "guts" of the phone. I was able to get what I needed from it. Andrew was just as pleasant as Chris had been. Both were quite knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I cannot recommend them high enough!

So just left. Feeling very happy. When in for a quote and to my surprise Wow!! Need screen fixed and new back for my BlackBerry key1. Just have to wait for the part.. I will be back to post my review of the repair. But as far as professionalism and knowledge I'm very impressed.

Place was great. Clean, professional. I had basically a fully shattered screen and they had it looking like brand new in like 2 hours. Mind you, because of the unique or uncommon variance of my phone, had to wait 3 days for the correct screen to get shipped in. No issues there. They sell lots of useful accessories and refurbished phones for what I consider to be good prices. 4 out of 5 stars, only because I had to wait 3 days before I could bring in the phone.

Great guys at this place. No pushy sales bs, just straight up business like behaviour. Refreshing.
Highly recommend and will be back next time my phone takes a face plant:)

They were great. The two gentlemen were kind and polite. My phone was slow and storage was full and they cleans wiped and fixed it in about half an hour at no charge. My phone works perfectly now.????

Fast, informative, and very kind. Helped me remove a virus off my tablet and got me back up and running. Best part was that it was free of charge! Thank you Derek and Alex for your patience and helping me out! For any seniors, these boys are much more patient than the salespeople at the mall!
