Love that you can visit either of their studios in Dundas and Stoney Creek. I always look forward to spending my evenings in the studio- always feel refreshed and relaxed after. Highly recommend!

(December 12, 2018, 2:43 am)I love how approachable the instructors are regarding any questions. It is a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness. I've recommended this studio to many friends and have brought them along. They joined afterwards and continue going to this day.
(December 3, 2018, 3:56 am)Modo Yoga studio is a great place. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The facility is inviting, extremely clean and well kept. I have attended 25 classes over the last month and have enjoyed every one of them. As a beginner student, I attended many different types of classes. They were ALL enjoyable and accessible! There are many amazing instructors who work at the facility. Their verbal cues, and calming voices kept me wanting to go back. As well, they were always willing after class to chat and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for a great place to do HOT YOGA classes.

The staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and make the most out of their time at the studio. No matter the time of day the staff are always warm and welcoming and always have a smile on their face. I've been to several different locations throughout the years but since moving to Stoney Creek, I have really felt at home here. Whether you are Ghandi himself or have never even seen let alone touched your toes, I'd recommend this studio to anyone! :)
