Great staff that is quick and helpful. Good quality vehicles with a lot of bonus features like hydraulic lifts that Econo van lines wouldn't offer. Larger trucks are typically diesel which helps for long distances.

After Discount rentals repeatedly told me I didn't have a reservation although I had a text and two emails from them saying I did, they told me they don't even have the truck I reserved, we called Penske on Goderich. Right away the staff were super chill, honest, and friendly, which was great because I was not in a good mood at that point. They assured me that they had me covered and to just come on by and they would hook me up. AND THEY DID! There was not one issue in reserving, picking up, paying for, or dropping off this vehicle. It was clean, in brand new condition, was GREAT on gas, and drove well.
I have to say, I don't write many reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised with the service here. If only they rented cars..
