Called that morning, AC had stopped working. Showed up the same afternoon. Repaired the issue quickly and explained repair. No complaints. Only suggestion is for the service man to wear something over boots to protect customers floor. I had to clean the floor after he left. But besides that, would definitely use them again.
I recently had a problem with my freezer and cooler at the Euro Treats bakery. We got a recommendation from a friend to try and contact this company for help. When I called them they showed up almost immediately. They worked very efficiently and professionally, and the workers were friendly. For these reasons I will continue to do business with this company in the future.
They came by earlier this week within the hour I called them which was really great, the technician was nice and explained everything while he was doing in great detail. He left to grab the replacement parts and came back within the 1.5 hrs as promised, and replaced the malfunctioned parts. The only downside was that it was costly. It came to just under 800$. but I understand, it was 2 replacement parts that costed a lot so I cant expect it to be cheap.
They came quickly and did a great job. Charged a very reasonable amount and even cane back to check up on it for free. Overall excellent service.
Over the years we have used them for numerous jobs including repairing our air conditioner, installing a new electronic air cleaner, a tank less water heater and they recently just ran a gas line in our backyard.
They have always have been professional and prompt. We have always felt they are reasonably priced on all the jobs we needed done.
I would and have recommended Protech to anyone that needs service.
