Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had Eric Smith in our house today checking a main drain line. It was a high pressure situation as we just sold our house and the closing is conditional on the drain line being cleared as a recommendation of a bad home inspector. Eric was nice, did a good job, and seemed honest. I would definitely have him in our house again. Thank you.

Eric is the absolute BEST! He is hardworking, friendly, explained what he was going to do clearly and fully but most importantly, he is honest. He gave me different options for a solution, which provided me great peace of mind. He is trustworthy and the only plumber I will call from now on. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were very quick clearing the tree roots that had blocked flow to my drain. The plumber that came was Andrew (Employee ID 74) and he was very respectful and careful while working in my finished basement.
