What an absolutely wonderful place! I was going to Lotus Thai and happened to just pop in to this store to see what it was all about. So glad I did!! I was met by a wonderful woman who had so much knowledge about a dog's diet and protein regimens. She gave me an abundance of wonderful samples of dog foods to try with my dog. Usually when a store gives samples, you might get one or two and sometimes you even have to pay for it - I was given twelve sample pouches and out of that, two of them are enough for at least three to four feedings each. I am so very impressed and am so happy to finally feed my dogs properly and give them the best nutrients/quality of life possible. My one dog has many skin issues and has been on the same veterinary diet for over a year. I am so excited to use these new samples, some of which are Canadian based ????????????????, to see how it helps my little guy but also gives him a variety of flavours. I will definitely be back to this store. They also sell raw diet, which I don't use and was very pleased that it was not pushed on me either. Some places make you feel guilty and like a bad fur parent for not choosing raw. This was the opposite experience. Raw is not for everyone and I am just glad it wasn't pushed on me, instead she helped me find foods that were still wonderful for my dog but in a kibble format. If you have an animal, you have to visit this location - you won't be disappointed. ????????????

Amazing owners and service. Great knowledge of products and variety of products as well. We get raw food for our lab Molly as well as our sweet little lady Louisiana who we just adopted a from them as well. Their adoption services are great and they always have someone in need of a good home there. Nice atmosphere and great location. Go check them out and bring your pet children in for a visit!

Can't say enough good things about this place!! The owner's daughter went out of her way to speak to me regarding switching to a raw diet for my puppy. I was impressed by their customer service and knowledge of products, answering all my questions and pointing me in the right direction. I even recieved a sample of 2 different products they carry at no charge. I really appreciated the time and effort that was given to myself and my puppy today!!
