Went to see Joseph and his staff yesterday to say thank you for all their help and guidance when getting a mortgage. To make a long story short, i was dealing with the big banks and feeling trapped by them until i met Joseph. He made very good suggestions on how to talk to them, which i was not very knowledgeable at the time on how to go about getting a mortgage on my new home. The big banks gave me a run around and made me feel trapped where i could not get my money out to go and put a down payment on my home. The banks pressured me, and were offering a high rate where Titan mortgage was offering a low rate...Finally with Joseph's help, i was able to get my money from the big banks and start my mortgage at a low rate where the banks could not offer...
Joseph and his team helped me throughout my run around with the big banks, He even mentioned, if I still chose another place to go to for my mortgage, he would still offer any help and guidance if ever needed. "that's what customer service is all about" They went up and beyond for me...They are very successful due to their kindness, knowledge, and helping people....Keep up the great work.

This was the first time I've dealt with a mortgage broker instead of a bank directly. I needed to get two deals done in a short time frame.
