Via Roma Marble and Tile has on two occasions repaired defective tile work done by another company for the new home builder that I purchased through. On both occasions the tradesmen who arrived were beyond efficient, polite and courteous. The explained what may have caused the challenge and repaired the deficiency perfectly. I am very pleased to hear that the builder is now using Via Roma Marble and Tile for all their tile work in the area.

I recently renovated my entire house and found Via Roma was very professional in all aspects of the job. I booked a couple of appointments to go over colour selections and asked for their professional opinions on all flooring. They gave me the pros and cons of all types of floors and were very knowledgeable and accommodating to someone who knew nothing about flooring. They were so knowledgeable that I even asked them if they can install what they sold me. The owner of the company and his staff walked me through the whole process and also visited once a day while the installation of the tiles and the hardwood were being completed. They did not ask me for any money or any deposit prior or during the process, but only asked for payment after the job was completed in a timely manor to my liking. I would disregard any negative reviews, probably a negative review from a customer who can never be satisfied. I would recommend this company for all of your flooring needs.
