So far I've only had positive experiences with my phone service. From local to out of country I've always had reliable and fast service/data. Online customer service is always very helpful, but my local shop leaves a bit to be desired with their staff.

Recently have purchased a second phone and plan from this location. Service was very good. They helped me distinguish the proper deal for my needs. Also helped my wife resolve an issue with her phone. They stayed open 20 minutes passed closing on a Friday night. Plus gave me great deals on cases and screen protecter. The other locations in Eastgate and Limeridge are much busier and lesser quality of service in comparison imo.

Super friendly ..but very pushy .. there must be a class they take everything was cultish ...
