Additional amenities beyond just the machines and weights. 24/7 access is a bonus. The proprietor was friendly, informative, and seemed knowledgeable. His energy and motivation were great in helping her get back into her routine after some health issues.

(March 5, 2019, 5:03 am)nice gym and quiet. tvs on the treadmills are often blurry, parking is a pain esp. if you have a truck like me. gym is clean. music played is often quite loud. all in all i like it there.

I like to keep my workouts fresh. I enjoy the variety of equipment including the stretching room. Pete is very knowledgeable with demonstrating exercises to prevent injury while still building muscle to support the body. He is always supportive of his members goals. I have not had a chance to meet all his staff but they seem very friendly and encouraging when I see them training other members.
