  I recently bought an investment property with Konstantinos and the experience was beyond my expectations! Our first meeting was a personal drive-around tour of Hamilton where his knowledge about the city and the real estate market blew me away. Following our first meeting, I must of emailed him with over 100 questions where he promptly responded with detailed answers. He was never pushy when it came time to make a purchase and it felt more like I was dealing with a friend and not just another "sales agent".
  
  Even AFTER the sale when it came to finding tenants for my investment, he was there every step of the way ensuring everything went smoothly.
  
  He went over and beyond the standard real estate duties to make sure I was happy and purchased the right property and also helped me out big with some issues I had in the process.
  
  I'd 100% recommend Konstantinos to anybody looking to buy property in Hamilton.

  Konstantinos is a great Hamilton real estate agent to work with. He is intelligent, friendly, thoughtful, and clearly tries to help his clients find the right home -- instead of urging them to settle for something that's not right or too expensive. We were new to Hamilton, and he gave us a lay of the land, pointed us to neighbourhoods that would suit us best, and was always available to chat by phone and email -- which was great since we were nervous first time home buyers and lived pretty far away making seeing houses difficult. We really enjoyed working with him and consider him a friend now. Highly recommend.

  Konstantinos recently helped me purchase a townhouse in Stoney Creek as an investment property. This was my first investment property and I found Konstantinos very patient and knowledgeable to guide me through the process and ended up with a successful purchase. And now he is helping with some good advice on finding a tenant. Konstantinos has been there whenever assistance has been required and I will be working with him again in the future.
