I love that it's a woman only gym. Staff are super nice and the offer something for everyone's workout needs

Standard Women's Only Goodlife. However, the great thing about this one is that it is almost never jam packed (at least from my experience), especially during the typical 'busy' times for a gym (i.e. after work). Only things of note is the limited equipment in terms of weights etc. Some of it is quite dated, but other than that no complaints really. Staff are very friendly and helpful if you need it.

I really like this gym. the fact that it is women only makes it easier and more comfortable for me. I really enjoy their classes and their dry sauna. The staff isn't always the nicest though.
